Before you begin
- Version 5.28.0 required — ZoneLiquidity requires ZoneReconcile v5.28.0 or later. Upgrades are being rolled out in phases throughout October 2026.
- Administrator required for setup — A NetSuite Administrator must complete the one-time API Secret configuration before anyone can run a forecast.
- 6–12 months of history recommended — ZoneLiquidity looks back 365 days to train its AI model. Richer transaction history means more accurate forecasts from day one.
Who can access ZoneLiquidity
ZoneLiquidity is accessible to users with one of the following NetSuite roles:
- Administrator
- ZoneLiquidity Role
- ZoneLiquidity Role (SAML Single Sign On)

Completing the Initial ZoneLiquidity Setup
One-time configuration of the API Secret that connects your NetSuite account to Zone's AI forecasting model.
Important: Complete this setup before assigning ZoneLiquidity roles to finance team members. Assign the ZoneLiquidity Role or ZoneLiquidity Role (SAML Single Sign On) to any users who need access once setup is complete.
