Version 5.28.0 has been released on 1st October 2026. It opens the ZoneLiquidity Customer Preview to ZoneReconcile customers, brings ZoneLiquidity into Zone Control Center (ZCC), and improves bank statement processing in ZoneReconcile.
We will update your Production account automatically (see Release Process), and Sandbox accounts can be updated from your (the customer's) end at any given time.
ZoneLiquidity Customer Preview is now available
ZoneLiquidity gives you a short-term cash forecast inside NetSuite, built on your NetSuite transactions and the cash balances you already reconcile in ZoneReconcile. See where cash is heading, test what-if scenarios with Zoe Scenario Planning Agent and spot early-payment discounts and overdue items before they cost you.
Who can join the customer preview: ZoneReconcile customers.
What it costs: Free for 6 months from the date you activate, when you activate by December 31, 2026.
How to start: Your NetSuite Administrator goes to Setup > ZoneLiquidity > ZoneLiquidity Setup and completes the setup wizard. Please see the Getting Started Guide here.

What's new in ZoneLiquidity
Automated One-Click Onboarding & In-App Provisioning
NetSuite Administrators can now enable ZoneLiquidity directly from Setup with a single click. The SuiteApp automatically completes OAuth 2.0 authentication with the regional Treasury API, provisions the tenant schema, and secures the API secret without requiring manual API key generation.
Non-administrators accessing ZoneLiquidity Setup are presented with an invitation prompt where they can email their NetSuite Administrator a direct link to complete the one-time provisioning step.
First-time users entering ZoneLiquidity are presented with an in-app Terms and Conditions consent modal. Recorded consent is stored against the user in NetSuite to eliminate repeat prompts.
Predicted Payment Dates for Open Invoices and Bills
Open AR/AP documents in the Cash Forecast now display AI-predicted payment dates, expected date ranges, and explanation drivers — such as customer payment history, vendor payment-run schedules, or terms-based models — providing realistic cash timing rather than relying solely on nominal due dates.
Dynamic Open Order Remaining Amounts
Sales Orders and Purchase Orders now compute accurate remaining cash upon ingest (order_total − related_billed_amounts), ensuring amount-based, milestone, and partial billings never prematurely zero out outstanding open orders.
Inflow and Outflow Trendlines
The main Cash Forecast line chart now renders explicit Inflow and Outflow lines alongside the total running cash balance, with green/red net shading and hover breakdowns showing opening balance, daily flows, and net drivers.
Grouped Series Panel with Tooltip Explanations
Chart legends and toggles are organized into structured groups — Total forecast / cash balance, Enhanced Projections, Forecast based on historical payments, Reference lines, and Inflow / Outflow — with in-app explanatory tooltips.
Aligned Forecast Event Types
The Forecast Events table filter is streamlined to Open AP/AR, Forecasted, and Business Inputs to match chart series conventions.
Multi-Year Chart Navigation & Date Disambiguation
For forecast horizons spanning multiple calendar years, x-axis labels and event tables now display the year (e.g., Oct 15, 2026) to eliminate day overlap across calendar years. Interactive clicks and bar aggregations correctly isolate data to the selected year. Forecast horizons exceeding 90 days automatically enable horizontal slider navigation for panning across time windows.
Multi-Year Table Date Columns
Date, Due Date, and AI Generated Range / Due Date columns explicitly include the year on multi-year forecast definitions.
Setup "Select All / Clear"
Added Select all and Clear quick actions to the Subsidiary, Bank Account, and Transaction Type selectors in the Setup Assistant.
Liquidity UI Polish
Expanded subsidiary filter dropdown widths for legible full names and cleaned up redundant currency labels across balance rows.
Table Labels & Limits
Renamed "Plaid Balance" to Bank Connectivity Balance and added a clear indicator when transaction lists exceed the 1,000-row preview limit.
Open-Transaction & Business Input Awareness in the Scenario Planning Agent
The Scenario Planning Agent prompts and transformation tools now consume enriched open documents (Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Invoices, Bills) and manual Business Input overlays to simulate what-if cash scenarios and delay/cancellation impacts.
ZoneLiquidity Integration in Zone Control Center (ZCC)
ZoneLiquidity navigation is now integrated into Zone Control Center. When the user preference custscript_zr_enable_zcc_workspace is enabled (and the ZCC standalone launcher is installed), navigating to any ZoneLiquidity menu item from NetSuite Setup automatically routes into the unified Zone Control Center workspace, with dedicated deep links for Liquidity, Cash Forecasting, Scenario Planning Agent, Working Capital Insights, and ZoneLiquidity Setup.
If the preference is disabled or the launcher is not installed, navigation seamlessly defaults to the standalone NetSuite access path.
ZoneReconcile Enhancements
BR-3915 | CAMT.054: Support Reading Transaction Amounts from the Amt Path
CAMT.054.001.04 bank statement processing now imports all valid transaction lines regardless of whether the transaction amount is structured under NtryDtls > TxDtls > Amt or AmtDtls > TxAmt > Amt. Previously, statements where amounts were located solely under the plain Amt path resulted in dropped lines during file import.
BR-3870 | CBA Bank Counterparty Extraction
Enhanced counterparty extraction on Bank Statement Transaction (BST) records for Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) BIC/BAI formats. The system now prioritizes the counterparty Internal ID/number, automatically parses names following "Fast Transfer From." descriptions when IDs are blank, and falls back gracefully to the full description field.
