Version 5.23.0 has been released on 14th August 2026 and contains a couple of enhancements. Below you can find more information related to the said enhancements. We will update your Production account automatically and the Sandbox account can be updated from your (the customer's) end at any given time.
Enhancements
BR-3609 Netsuite Next - [SuiteTax] Multi-line Journal popup fails to submit and results in a blank white screen during popup submission
This version release resolves an issue where submitting split transactions through the "Multi-line Journal" popup the submission action would freeze on a blank screen. Users can now successfully split transaction lines, populate required segments, and submit them without interruption. The popup closes automatically upon submission, creating the journal entries as expected and passing the reference directly back to the bank statement matching page.
BR-3549 Netsuite Next - Decryption upon Download fails with error
An issue was present where downloading PGP-encrypted files in Setup Statement & Files retrieval caused a SyntaxError and failed to decrypt the files. This has been resolved across all download methods, including manual triggers, scheduled scripts, and scheduled workflows. Encrypted files are now automatically decrypted and saved directly to the File Cabinet as expected.
BR-3530 NetSuite Next - Customer Support link is broken
Previously, accessing Customer Support in NetSuite Next resulted in a blocked content error instead of displaying the support form. This has been resolved, and the embedded Zone support form now loads smoothly with all account details pre-filled across both NetSuite Next and standard NetSuite, for both Administrators and custom roles.
BR-3517 NetSuite Next - UI of BST lines is broken for the new bank statements
Previously, an extra scrollbar appeared in the middle of bank statement lines when creating or editing bank statements in NetSuite Next, making transaction details difficult to read. This UI layout issue has been resolved, ensuring only a single scrollbar is present at the bottom of the table in both Create and Edit modes.
