ZoneLiquidity
The new cash forecasting module is a separately licensable add-on under ZoneReconcile. It gives finance teams visibility into their cash position, projected inflows and outflows, and working capital health — without leaving NetSuite.
Cash Forecast BR-3368, BR-3122, BR-3113
Create forecast definitions tailored to your business by selecting subsidiaries, accounts, and forecast periods. The system syncs transaction data to the cloud and generates a daily cash position view with inflow and outflow breakdowns and a running balance projection. Use the Refresh Forecast button to trigger an immediate recalculation at any time. A Last Updated timestamp confirms data freshness.
Liquidity BR-3120, BR-3113
Monitor your current liquidity position with a real-time view of Expected Inflows, Expected Outflows, and Forecasted Balance (Current Balance + Expected Inflows − Expected Outflows). Drill down into any date to see the individual transactions driving the projected values. A Last Updated timestamp shows when the underlying data was last synced. A Sync Failed warning is displayed if a sync fails.
Working Capital Insights
Understand your accounts receivable and accounts payable exposure at a glance. Transactions are grouped into risk-based aging buckets so you can quickly identify overdue items requiring attention. Amounts are displayed in full accounting format using your subsidiary's base currency.
Scenario Planning Agent (AI-powered) BR-3419
Ask natural-language questions about your cash position, upcoming payments, and vendor exposure. Scenario Planning Agent is powered by AI and grounded in your synced transaction data. An AI disclaimer is displayed to inform users that responses are AI-generated.

Licensing and access BR-3201, BR-3451
ZoneLiquidity is available as a separate entitlement under your ZoneReconcile license. When the entitlement is active, the module appears in your NetSuite menu. When inactive, all pages are hidden and a waitlist sign-up form is displayed instead.
All menu items route through a single access-check entry point that verifies your license and either redirects to the target page or displays the waitlist call-to-action. The License Management page now displays ZoneLiquidity as a module with a dynamic Active/Inactive status indicator.
Setup BR-3366, BR-3370
A guided setup assistant walks you through configuring your first forecast:
- General Preferences — Select your subsidiary and the accounts (bank, credit card, accounts payable, accounts receivable) to include.
- Destination Rules — Configure how forecast results are stored.
- Save & Execute — Create the forecast definition and trigger the initial data sync.
Regional data residency BR-3187, BR-3310
ZoneLiquidity uses cloud services aligned with the region in which your NetSuite account operates (North America, Europe, and APAC). The application automatically detects your account's primary data center and routes data to the corresponding regional endpoint.
Multi-currency support
Consolidated amounts are used across all modules to ensure accurate multi-currency reporting. Currency symbols are rendered dynamically based on your subsidiary's base currency.
