BR-2737 Bank End Balance is not recalculated when processing with map/reduce script

This version release resolves an issue where manually editing the Bank Start Balance on a bank statement failed to trigger the correct recalculation of the Running Balance and Bank End Balance when the statement was processed via a map/reduce script, particularly for larger files. Previously, this resulted in an inaccurate difference and corrupted the starting balance for all subsequent statements. Now, when a user edits the Bank Start Balance (for example, to correct a sequence gap), the system will accurately recalculate the Bank End Balance, ensuring the statement balances correctly and provides the proper Bank Start Balance for the next statement in the sequence, regardless of the processing method used.

BR-2781 Update the Access type of 'ZR LMS License' record

Previous version prevented users with custom roles from reconciling bank statements due to a missing permission for the "ZR LMS License" custom record. This caused a system-wide block on reconciliation for roles that had not been manually updated with the new permission. In this version the internal configuration of the license record is updated, ensuring that all custom roles can execute bank reconciliation processes without interruption. This change permanently eliminates the need for manual permission updates on custom roles, stabilising the reconciliation process across all user roles.
