General Release Information

Version 5.12.0 has been released on 30th of June 2025 and contains a couple of enhancements and a bug fix. Below you can find more information related to the enhancements and the bug fix. We will update your Production account automatically and the Sandbox account can be updated from your (the customer's) end at any given time.

Enhancements

BR-1910 Bank Connectivity

This release also brings significant updates to ZoneReconcile — this time focused on Bank Connectivity.

ZoneReconcile is introducing two bank connectivity options, both fully integrated into the bundle offering.

The first option is Connectivity API, which enables users to connect to their banks in real time and automatically retrieve data (bank statements) on a scheduled basis.

The second connectivity option is Connectivity SFTP, which also enables users to connect to their banks - this time using SFTP protocols.
To access Connection SFTP settings, navigate to Setup > ZoneReconcile Setup > Connectivity SFTP. More information is available on SFTP Installation & Configuration.

BR-2476 Remove the old 'Import statement' option

The old import screen has been removed. This import screen has been available within the navigation menu of Transactions > ZoneReconcile > Import Statement (or Financial > ZoneReconcile > Import Statement for custom roles).

To continue importing bank statements manually, utilise the new Instant Upload screen. The same is reachable from Transactions > ZoneReconcile > Instant Upload (or Financial > ZoneReconcile > Instant Upload for custom roles).

Bug fixes

BR-2572 TypeError: Cannot read property 'includes' of null 

In version release 5.11.0, closed Journal Entries without an entity fail to link to bank statement lines, causing a TypeError. A fix has been introduced to support processing of these entries during reconciliation.
