ZoneReconcile license is calculated from active Bank Account Configurations. If there are multiple configurations related to 1 bank account (due to different formats for example), they will be all calculated towards the licence.
How do I quickly review the number of Bank Account Configurations?
- Login to your NetSuite
- Go to Setup > ZoneReconcile > Bank Account Configurations
- Make sure the Inactive=False
- See the Total number of configurations in the top right corner
If you can't see the navigation path in your NetSuite menu, then ask any Administrator within the company to review this for you as your custom role is probably lack of some permissions.
If you need to free some slots without purchasing another license, you can potentially inactivate the ones you no longer need.
Note, ZoneReconcile license is not related to the number of your NetSuite bank accounts that can be found on Lists > Accounting > Accounts (Chart of Accounts).
