Version 5.10.3 has been released on 24th of April 2025 and contains two enhancements. Below you can find more information related to the enhancements. We will update your Production account automatically and the Sandbox account can be updated from your (the customer's) end at any given time.

BR-2245 Extend the custom matching rules to preprocess multiple lines

This version introduces an optimized approach for processing repetitive bank statement transaction lines by leveraging the Custom Matching Rules setup. With this enhancement, users can configure their system to minimize the number of bank statement lines displayed in each processed statement. The only required configuration is enabling the 'Sum postings in one grand amount' checkbox within the Custom Matching Rules settings:

For example, when processing a bank statement containing multiple repetitive lines with the same description, such as 'MOBILE SERVICES', this setup enables the system to preprocess and consolidate those lines into a single statement line, generating one summarized journal entry.

Without this setup, the standard logic applies each custom matching rule individually to every bank statement line, resulting in one journal entry per line.

To ensure auditability, all summarised lines are recorded in a separate summary file, which is stored in the 'Aggregation Report' field of the preprocessed bank statement transaction line.

Leverage the Additional fields setup to copy the aggregated report to the destination Journal entry.

The bank account configuration has been enhanced with an additional field, 'Summary Statements Folder ID', which allows users to specify a separate folder for storing aggregation reports, if preferred.

In this version release, availability is limited to CAMT.053 file formats only.

BR-1733 Link to the original statement file

The Bank Statement header has been extended to store the original bank statement file, auto processed from the NetSuite File Cabinet.

In this version release, availability is limited to the auto-import process only.
