SFTP-57 Support PGP keys created without a passcode

This release brings a new option of the possibility to Upload Payment Files to a dedicated remote server. In previous versions, the upload was only successful if generated PGP keys (as additional protection layer) were created using a passcode. This version now supports Upload of Payments signed/encrypted with PGP key pairs, generated without a passcode.

Please note, this support is only limited to Upload as an action, and Payments as a type of transaction.
