SFTP-59 Opt out of external PGP encryption

This release brings a new option that allows the user to opt out of external PGP encryption. The sFTP bundle provides PGP encryption and decryption and will always first try to handle this process inside NetSuite. Due to server limitations, the needed PGP logic can not always be executed inside NetSuite and a fallback external service will be used which is hosted by Zone. This new opt-out feature has a hard limitation: it can potentially not process encryption/decryption and potentially not upload/download a file as expected. Monitoring failed uploads is not part of the application and should be created by the end user. The configuration option can be found on the SftpCon Connection Configuration under the section “PGP Encryption Settings”.
