Version 5.9.10 has been released on the 19th of August 2024 and contains only one bug fix. Below you can find more information related to the bug fix. We will update your Production account automatically and the Sandbox account can be updated from your (the customer's) end at any given time.

Bug Fix

BR-1989 Unexpected error upon Bank statement import

A critical issue was affecting NetSuite accounts running version 2024.2. End users encountered an 'unexpected' error notification during manual imports and while opening a 'statement to process' entry.

To remove the error, version 5.9.10 temporarily hides the 'Payment Number' field on bank statement transaction lines while in edit mode. The field will remain visible in view mode.

This change may temporarily reduce visibility into the 'Payment Number' field during transaction coding. The line will continue to be disabled for reconciled transactions to prevent unauthorized edits.
