Configure the script moving Files to the Archive Folder

The workflow action script ZR SFTP Connector Move File WA (in old installations known as SFTP Connector Move File) will be used in the workflow setup in the next steps. It’s responsible for moving the files in the File Cabinet NetSuite - from the source folder to the Archive folder, so the end-users have a clear overview of which files were successfully transferred to the remote server and which ones are still waiting for processing.

Navigate to Customisations > Scripting > Scripts. Filter type = Workflow Action and find the script ZR SFTP Connector Move File WA. Click View.

Open the Deployments subtab and click on the deployment's name.

Edit the deployment and adjust the Parameters section.

Folder to move file to this is the internal ID of the folder in the file cabinet where successfully loaded files will be moved (to) from the source folder. Please retrieve the internal ID of the folder from your File Cabinet and populate it in the Parameters subtab. Save.
